old ranch road residence los altos hills, ca 8800 sf currently under construction Located on a very steeply sloping site in an established neighborhood, this new home was faced with a few challenges. It was critical that the design of the new, modern home relate appropriately to the adjacent ranch-style context. To give the appearance of a modest single story from the street while maximizing the magnificent views from the back, the home was carefully sited and nestled into the hillside.
